Every great movement starts with a single spark. For Homeless X Media (HXM), that spark was ignited in 2021 in the heart of Kinawataka, Mbuya, Nakawa Division—Kampala.
Founded in a community known for its resilience and vibrant energy, HXM did not begin with its current name. It began as Tamie Fanz Media. Initially, the platform was a grassroots effort to connect and engage, but as the vision grew, the limitations of the name became clear. In late 2022, the brand underwent its first evolution to Tamie Media. This change was a step toward professionalism, stripping away the "fan page" aesthetic to prepare for a broader corporate identity.
However, the pursuit of excellence is a journey of refinement. In 2026, a final, strategic transformation took place. Facing challenges with domain availability and copyright fragments, and realizing that the brand needed to represent something larger than an individual, Tamie Media officially became Homeless X Media. This rebranding was not just a name change; it was the birth of a digital powerhouse designed to navigate the complexities of the modern IT and media landscape while staying rooted in its Kampala origins.

2. The Founder’s Journey: Tamale Enock



At the helm of HXM is Tamale Enock, a visionary innovator whose life story is a testament to the power of education and self-reinvention.
Heritage and Roots
Born on January 28, 2003, at Mulago Hospital in the bustling capital of Kampala, Enock is a proud Muganda by tribe, belonging to the Ekima (Monkey) Clan. The son of Sarah Nakanwagi and Ssali Barack John, Enock was raised alongside two brothers and one sister. His upbringing in a tight-knit family provided the moral compass and work ethic that would later define his entrepreneurial spirit.
Academic Foundation
Enock’s path to becoming a tech innovator started with a diverse primary education at Ladybird, Kungu Junior, and Father’s Heart Primary School. His hunger for knowledge did not stop at the traditional classroom door. Recognizing the global nature of the digital economy, he expanded his horizons through:
  • The World English Institute: Sharpening his communication skills for the global stage.
  • Alison Institute (Ireland): Where he achieved professional certifications in IT Support, Content Creation, and English and Literature.
This unique blend of technical expertise and literary prowess allows Enock to bridge the gap between complex IT solutions and compelling human storytelling. As an Innovator, Entrepreneur, and Content Creator, he has built HXM to be a reflection of his own multidisciplinary skill set.

In 2021, I started a small journey in the heart of Kinawataka, Mbuya. At the time, it was just Tamie Fanz Media—a project fueled by passion but still searching for its true identity. By 2022, we grew into Tamie Media, moving closer to the professional digital agency I knew we could become.
Today, in 2026, I am proud to announce our final and most significant evolution: Homeless X Media (HXM).

Growth often requires leaving the familiar behind. As we expanded our services in IT Support, Digital Marketing, and Content Creation, it became clear that the brand needed to be bigger than just one person. We faced challenges with domain availability and copyright fragments that held us back. We didn't just need a new name; we needed a new standard.
The "X" in our name represents the intersection of technology and creativity—the unknown potential we unlock for every client we serve. While we have left the "Tamie" name behind, the roots I planted in Mulago and the lessons I learned through my studies at the World English Institute and Alison Ireland remain the foundation of everything we do.
