- Premier Content Creation: Cinematic video production, documentary journalism, graphic design, brand identity development, copywriting, and scripting.
- Social Media Management & Growth: Channel curation, algorithmic engagement, viral audience growth strategies, and digital reputation monitoring.
Note: Formal service engagements are subject to individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed directly between HXM and the Client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing
3.1 HXM Proprietary Content
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a client agreement, HOMELESS X MEDIA owns and retains all rights, title, and intellectual property across all material published on homelessxmedia.store and associated official media channels. This includes articles, journalism, code, graphics, video assets, and branding elements.
3.2 Acceptable & Restricted Use
- Permitted Use: You may view, download, and print pages from the website for personal, non-commercial reference only.
